About Beth Tindall

A Long Term Local to help you "Make the Move!" Beth has plenty of history with the Grand Strand Area, Her father was born in Georgetown County and he grew up in the Browns Ferry area. He joined the military, completed his duty and eventually married and settled in south central Pennsylvania where Beth was born. She finished high school and really disliked the cold winters that Pennsylvania offered. After many years of family vacations to the Grand Strand area she decided to "make the move" to a much warmer climate and where she still had family. " I loved the beach and warm weather. I also have family ties here, so this is where I wanted to call home." Beth started selling real estate in 1999 and has enjoyed it immensely. She has sold commercial property, vacant land, manufactured homes, modular homes, single family residences and even sold new home construction. She prides herself on being able to handle first time home buyers with care, guiding them through all of the steps to be able to purchase the home of their dreams. She has excellent negotiating skills and knows this market so her clients are always taken care of. " I take pride in representing my clients through the home buying or selling process with professional service and with their best interests in mind. Beth is active in her community through the Zonta Club of Myrtle Beach. She is an advocate for young children and has a degree in Early Childhood Development. Beth and her husband Luis own Mulch and More, Inc. a small business on Hwy 544 in Conway, just down the road from the real estate office, Carolina Pines Realty, Inc. where she helps her clients. She is the proud mother of four children and five grand children. When Beth isn't spending time with her family she enjoys drinking coffee, gardening, researching genealogy and remodeling homes.
